I've been practicing yoga for 12 years now , I am trained in ashtanga yoga, vinyasa yoga , hatha yoga and yin yoga.
I've done a first 200h teacher training course 3 years ago in vinyasa and ashtanga and a 300h teacher training course in multi style yoga (hatha yin vinyasa and ashtanga).
I love to to therapeutic yoga and breathing techniques (pranayama) and I also like to teach paddle board yoga.
