Mia Anasa Retreats team is here to help you with all your needs, making a reservation for your sailing retreat easy, fast, and comfortable.

We will do our best to understand and fulfill your expectations: suggesting yachts, islands, areas to visit and to arrange any special requirements needed during your charter.

Includes:

- Morning sessions (meditation, sound bath, breathwork)

- Evening sessions (meditation, sound bath, breathwork)

- 5-7 nights accommodation in our catamaran

- Breakfast and dinner on board, snacks, soft drinks and water

- All house facilities, linen, pillows and blank, bath towels (set of small and big), beach towels provided on catamaran

- All fuel costs, all port authorities, marina fees, electricity and water costs

- All taxes (including VAT)

- Captain, Therapist (Spiritual Healer) , Hostess 

- Fuel, port fees

- Airport transfers

- Travel insurance while on board

Does not include:

- Alcoholic drinks, lunch

- Flights to Athens, Greece 

- Personal expenses

- Personal travel insurance (recommended)

Two weeks before departure, we will ask you to fill in our crew list for your upcoming charter and to send it back to us, so that everything will be ready to set sail!

- Check-in: starting date Saturday at 17:00 for 7 days retreat / Monday at 09:00 for 5 days retreat

- Check out: ending date on Saturday at 09:00

- Compulsory: you have to return to the base the evening before disembarkation, at 18:00, the latest

- Check-in/out procedures time is calculating as a part of the charter period

The Security Deposit of 500 € cash. Fully refundable at checkout. Security deposit will be used to cover any damage or loss of the yacht and her equipment during the cruise. The security deposit will be unblocked during the check-out procedure.

All boats are insured against:

- Risks arising from liability to third parties and damage to the hull, machinery, and equipment

- Third-party liability

- Sea pollution liability

- A deductible provision is applied, depending on the value of the yachts.

+ Travel insurance while on board

The down payment (50% of the total charter fee) is paid by bank transfer to our bank account or via PayPal.

The final payment of the charter fee (50% of the total charter fee) is paid 30 days before your embarkation.

Time of Cancellation

- 100% deposit refund for cancellation 90+ days before retreat start date

- 50% deposit refund for cancellation 50-89 days before retreat start date

- 0% deposit refund for cancellation 30-49 days before retreat start date

- 50% total retreat payment refund for cancellation 15-29 days before retreat start date

- 0% total retreat payment refund for cancellation 1-15 days before retreat start date

- 0% refund for no shows
